_Equine Dental Equilibration Fundamentals is an introductory course to equine dentistry. Students must be 21 years old at the time of the session and be a high school graduate (GED's are also acceptable). To graduate from our Fundamentals Program, students must attend DT101, DT102, and DT103 in three different 2-week sessions as well as one class of Head & Neck Anatomy for a total of 280 hours of education. It will take a minimum of 9 months to complete the program though most students take at least 18 months to become competent in the practical aspect as well as to complete work on 100 horses (a requirement to test in DT103).

Our Advanced Equine Dental Equilibration program is open to graduates of our Fundamentals program who wish to continue their education and our Mastery Equine Dental Equilibration program is open to graduates of our Advanced program who want an additional 500 hours of practical education.
