If you are interested in applying to the Texas Institute of Equine Dentistry, print out the following application and mail/email/fax it to the TIED office with the class deposit. If you are NOT accepted, your down payment will be returned; if you are accepted, you will receive a letter of acceptance and placed onto the class list. Before you can start class, we must receive proof of education (high school transcripts OR copy of high school diploma OR copy of GED diploma OR copy of college diploma OR unofficial college transcripts), though the application does not have to include the transcripts for you to be accepted. In addition, tuition must be paid in full two weeks before class.
