One thing we can always count on in Texas is the HEAT! It’s here and in full force. While it wasn’t as hot as it could have been, our last class of students was feeling a little bit of a heatwave.

  A note from Randy

We have gotten a little lax in our procedures within the office regarding student registration. In an effort to run things more efficiently, it’s time for me to enforce the process once again.

Effective immediately:

All Graduate students who wish to sign up for an advanced/master session will need to contact the office, send your deposit and have the tuition paid in full 1 week prior to the first day of class. When we have students sign up at the last minute or decide at the last minute they are not coming, it makes things very difficult for my staff to secure horses for the session.

The advanced/master session is a 3 day session and will no longer be allowed to be broken up. You will not be able to attend just 1 or 2 days. Please adjust your schedule so you can attend the session as it is offered.  This again makes it difficult for horses to be scheduled as well as the calculation of hours. Our sessions are designed to be taught over the course of 3 days and are awarded 50 hours.  It’s too much of a hassle to break it up and you are losing out in the learning process as well.

That’s it…see you all again soon!

Randy
