"This school was above & beyond my expectations. The level of knowledge that is possessed within the instructors in extraordinary. I can't imagine there could be any better anywhere." Cody Scott 08/06/2010

"I am a 49 year old rodeo cowboy and equine chiro. I have been in chiro business for 18 years and rodeoing for all my life. This is the most professional school I've ever attended. The most positive experience I've ever had. (I also have a BA in leadership and minor in equine management)." Sam Willis 08/05/2010

"This school was an awesome experience, can't wait to come back for my next session." Darren Moore 05/21/2010

"Great! Randy & the other instructors were a huge help. I will be back for the next 2 levels without a doubt. Thanks so much for the chance to attend your school. God Bless!" Austin Finn 05/21/2010

"This Institute is a good deal for up & coming equine dentists. I love this place and I can't wait to come back and  learn some more. We have good teachers to teach us the right way and be professional about being a good dentist. Thank you very much!!" Ken Real Bird 02/12/2010

"I enjoyed the school, I learned alot. It's alot to take in in just 2 weeks, I hope I remember half of it. Randy and his instructors do a great job explaining everything." Joel Ragsdale 11/20/2009

"Before arriving, I had no experience in the equine dentistry field. After 2 weeks, Randy & the instructors have instilled me with enough knowledge and confidence to begin improving a horses' health and dental problems. Every instructor was highly qualified and put forth so much effort to help the students. I recommend TIED to anyone who is serious about equine dentistry and those who are serious about it for the right reasons. I want to thank Randy, Heather, Sherri, Shawnie, Casey, Dillon and Justin for all the help in my first 2 week course." Chance Means 11/20 /2009

"I enjoyed the school tremendously and all the instructors were very helpful and polite. Definitely will be back to finish the program." Emily Menard 11/20/2009

"I found this school to be real educating and well taught. I would gladly advise any person to take this school." John Alston Jr 11/20/2009

"I know I don't know everything....but I thought I knew quite a bit about horses, until I attended school. It blew my mind how much of the horse is affected by it's mouth and especially it's teeth. The mouth and teeth are very overlooked by the majority of horse owners, yet so much of the horses' performance, attitude and overall character are affected by the teeth and mouth. Randy is an amazing person and his staff share the same passion for horses as he does. Randy is extremely knowledgeable about horses. He stays so calm and cool even in tricky situations which is extremely important when doing dental work on horses or even doing anything with horses. I've learned there is a reason for all horses' attitudes good or bad and if you just take a little time and common sense, it's easy to figure out what's wrong and how to fix it. Randy has an undying passion for horses and how to make them feel better and be better for their rider or even themselves. I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of what he has started (school) and very grateful for the opportunity to work with him and be around him more than most people. I've told my family and friends that pursuing equine dentistry is the best decision I've ever made in my life. It has definitely turned my life around and given me more passion and love for horses!" Tyler Bass 11/20/2009

"If you want to learn how to do EqD properly and get the most benefit out of it for your horse or other horses I would recommend coming to T.I.E.D. The instructors are very good at explaining and showing the proper way to go about procedures and how to work effectively.  They give you great hands on and are very good in the classroom. Every instructor here is very nice and willing to help you with anything you need. I would recommend this school to anyone who is serious about starting to do EqD." Aaron Albers 11/20/2009

"T.I.E.D. is AWESOME! They have really great instructors that helped me greatly. I loved it here!" Josh Urias 11/20/2009

"One of the best experiences in my life is all I can say about my days @ TIED. The classes brought me alot of information about how important it is to know about a horses' mouth being balanced and how it can improve the horses' health and life.  I'd like to thank Randy, the instructors and the TIED staff for the special attention they gave me and to all the classmates. Chance Harris, Britton Shafer, John Evans, Carissa Hahn, Zac Dickinson, Andy Matthews, Joshua Chavez and Dustin Lucas for your friendship. Thanks everybody!" Ary Filho 10/03/2009

"I think this school is very educational. It really taught me alot about other procedures that needs to go on when working our horses and gave me a better perceptive of what goes on." Britton Shafer 08/07/09

"Very good instructors. Good environment for learning. Lots of hands on training 1 on 1." Chance Harris 08/07/09

" It was fun." Jared Thompson 05/15/2009

"I always knew that it was important to get your horses' teeth done but I didn't realize how it all comes together with other stuff that the horses might do. It all makes alot more sense now and I love it. It feels good to know that I will be making a difference in the horses' lives." Carissa Hahn 05/15/09

"Great learning experience. The instructor knowledge and teachings are first class, the best in the industry. They truly care about the students and the equine industry, especially dentistry. All the instructors are passionate about what they do, more than willing to help the students and are constantly striving to perfect their own skills as well. The type of instruction that we get as students largely determines our success as professionals. I highly recommend this school to all serious students pursuing a career in equine dentistry." Wayne Needham 05/15/2009

" One of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. A great atmosphere for learning surrounded by people who are passionate about horses and the field of equine dentistry. I look forward to coming back for more classes @ TIED." Nicole Wheeler 05/15/2009

"I really enjoyed my first time @ TIED. What a great experience. I learned alot. I feel over educated and under experienced. I never realized how much could go wrong in a horses' mouth and how you would correct it. Thanks TIED staff." Ellen Hirsch 05/15/2009

"Coming back for my second time really helped me move to another level thanks to Randy and the rest of the instructors! I cannot wait to come backso that I can keep progressing." Jamie Franklin 05/15/2009

"The knowledge of the instructors and the lecture topics and proper techniques in wetlab, you couldn't ask for any more than what they have to offer." Kevin Kittrell 05/15/2009

"I was first slightly suspicious on whether or not I wanted to take part in the class or even in this profession. I showed up to an advanced session just to watch and kind of get my feet wet. After the first time I got to stick my hand in a horses' mouth and got to look inside with a flashlight, Randy could not hardly take a step backwards without tripping over my 10 1/2E boot. After the first day of being around the wealth of knowledge and experience the first thing I did after leaving the TIED school was to get a little flashlight and start examining horses 30 miles away from, any resident. Now that I have obtained even more knowledge from the sensational learning facility, they are going to have to beat me with a 2X4 a couple of times to get me to to away. In conclusion, there is great education, friendships, good times and professionalism to be gained at this scholastic establishment. If you've got a heart, try and just the want to learn to better yourself and the equine world, this is the place to be." Zac Dickinson 05/15/2009

"Randy was so patient and really showed his passion which made things even better for me." Jamie Franklin 02/06/2009

"I was really inspired by Randy's passion for his work." Coleen Krieger 02/06/2009

"Randy's instruction during this class improved my overall understanding and practical knowledge. I'm greatly appreciative of the personal interest he took in my progress." Hunter Pappas 02/06/2009

"Not much to say....I Love this place!"  Holly Schwerdt 11/07/2008

"The instructors abilities and the curriculum they offered far exceeded my expectations. For the first time in my life, I was excited to show up at school every day. Also, the experiences and friendships I've developed here I will cherish the rest of my life. I'm truly grateful to Randy and all of his staff for the opportunities presented to me here." Hunter Pappas 11/07/2008

"Amazing! I have learned so much and yet have so much more to learn. The first 2 weeks were great. If your wanting to learn equine dentistry-this is the place to be!" Dawn Ramsdell 11/07/2008

"This was one of the greatest things I ever die. I learned alot from great instructors and had fun doing so." Lisa Nelson 11/07/2008

"WOW! What a wealth of knowledge! I have trained horses for 30 years and felt pretty confident with my knowledge of horses. I soon learned by attending this school, how little I really do know. I k now that I am in the right place and so far, I am amazed and appreciative of what I have learned. I look forward to future sessions at TIED. I know that I will take the knowledge that I have learned here and educate as many horse owners/handlers/trainers that I can." Patty Dague 11/07/2008

"This school starts out with more information than you think you could possibly take in. With the help of all the instructors and 3rd & 4th timers, you can learn more than you ever thought possible making test day better than you thought it would be. Everything is setup for you to learn if you take advantage of it. Thank you!!!" Kenneth Martinez 11/07/2008

"A true learning experience. Experienced teachers, assistants & staff. Quality facility, state of the art technical equipment. Friendly learning environment. Get out of it what you put in. Rewards can be great. Not for everybody/need to dedicate yourself. Had a great time and will be back to continue." Rusty Hamilton 11/07/2008

"Equine Dentistry has changed me for the better. I now enjoy what I do, not only for the horses but for myself." Nick Coats 11/06/2008

"All Instructors were professional, knowledgeable and to the point. The school is up to date and easy to be around." Larry Carow 11/07/2008

"This school is the best in the world. Mr Randy is very good at teaching students what they need to know and preparing them to go out and work on their own. It is one of the best choices I've made to come to this school." JR Williams 11/07/2008

"I have been to 2 class sessions and 1 wetlab.  I am continuing to be impressed with the whole experience.  The school is a rock solid organization with method and purpose.  All the hallmarks of professionalism are there: proficiency of instructors, a clear curriculum, caring attitudes and individual attention to the students.  If you want to learn equine dentistry, this is the place!  Mauri Langenberg 05/19/2008

"I want to thank Josh for sticking it out with me the last 2 days. He was happy with  my work but before that, it was rough!  Thank you for teaching me the fundamentals. Overall, everyone was great both in the office and in the field. Benjamin Renteria 05/09/2008

"I was around 3 of the instructors (Josh, Randy and Justin), I thought those guys were outstanding in what they do and I appreciate everything they did for me.  They were great teachers and great to talk to after school.  I look forward to coming back to school the very next time there is a class. I just want to thank everybody there for everything they did for me. Thank you!! Casey Chamberlain 05/09/2008

" I have personally attended 4 different colleges and only graduated from 1. During my 2 weeks here at TIED, I never lost focus or interest and I enjoyed every part of it! Chad Smith 05/09/2008

"First, I would like to thank everyone, Randy, Josh, Justin, Sherri, Heather for giving me the opportunity to work with horses for the rest of my life.  It was hard coming to a strange country for the first time but I was really made to feel welcome.  I saw some pretty cool stuff, got to ride on a cowboy saddle and do some roping.  Thanks to all the students for helping me speak slower and sticking with me and my fast talking! Hughie Ryan 05/09/2008

"This has been an exciting 2 weeks!  This school was very educational, motivating and fun all at the same time. I think it was a perfect mixture of classroom lectures, demonstrations and wet labs. I will definitely be returning. I was a little apprehensive on which dental school to come to because 10 years ago I made the wrong choice for farrier school but after 2 weeks here, I am positive I made the right choice. Randy was a great instructor, the advanced students were alot of help and Josh taught in a way that was really easy to understand. I got to work alot w/Justin everyday in the lab and he was a great teacher. He would talk you through every step of the way. The overall atmosphere was great and my only complaint is that it's over and I can't wait to get back. Thank you Randy, Heather and all the instructors! Greg Drew 02/08/2008

"I really enjoyed learning about the art of equine dentistry. Especially all the different aspects of it, from problems eating to all the different problems and solutions in riding. I am looking forward to coming back for the next 2 weeks. The staff was great, very knowledgeable instructors who are always willing to help. Thanks! Jesse Christensen 02/08/2008

"The past 2 weeks have been very exciting for me. I've learned alot, not only about dentistry but about all aspects of the horse. It's been great! I have had alot of different jobs but now I've found a career. Danny Thompson 02/08/2008

"This is the best decision I have made. The horses that I will hep will make it all worth while. It will make a good horse a great horse and a great horse an awesome horse. J.T. Parsons 02/08/2008

"From day 1, helping horses is number 1. Randy and staff are hands on in the teaching process. You learn more than you can imagine in a small amount of time if you are willing to jump in and give it your all. I have been working with horses for 20 years and this was one of my greatest experiences! Dustin Lucas 02/08/2008

"Throughout the past 2 weeks, I have learned so much and have thoroughly enjoyed myself. Enrolling in the Texas Institute of Equine Dentistry has been one of my best decisions I have ever made.  Not only did I learn about proper equine dentistry, I also learned alot about myself and who I am as a person.  The people here are great, Randy, Josh, Sherri, Heather, Justin, Doc and all the students have made this experience all the greater.  If I had to change one thing, it would be me staying on site instead of at a hotel/friends home.  I can not honestly wait to continue my education and return here to see everyone.  Katrina Risk 02/08/2008

"TIED is a great school! The facilities are wonderful, the instructors are great and have an extreme understanding of equine dentistry. At this institution, you learn the importance of proper techniques and good horsemanship. I would recommend this institute to any one who is serious in learning equine dentistry.  Arcel Alsup 11/09/2007

"I just finished my first 2 weeks at TIED.  I think this school is worth the time and money that it takes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and willing to help you with anything you may need.  They are also very fun to be around and make the experience pleasant.  I also got along with the other students very well and I feel that I have made many new friends.  I learned a lot and I look forward to coming back next session.  The people here are passionate about equine dentistry and the health of horses so this is not the place to come if you are looking for a quick way to make money.  I have confidence that when I am done with the full program at TIED, I will be a very competent equine dentist.  Lynsey Miller 11/09/2007

"I arrived knowing zero and I feel I am leaving w/buckets of knowledge. Randy and Josh are people w/a heart  and w/out them, this experience would be lacking.  I look forward to the next session with the same people!  Brandy Guthrie 11/09/2007

"TIED is an incredible school!  Not only do they teach you how to float teeth, they also teach you better horsemanship skills.  The instructors are the best.  If they are hard on you it's only to make you better.  Thanks for everything! Ashley Riner 08/10/07

"Equine Dentistry is more than just knocking or smoothing the buccal & lingual edges.  I never realized the importance of a balanced mouth until attending this school.  It all relates back to Form to Function terminology in horses.  Many behavior problems can be corrected in horses that I was not aware of.  I have been raised around and involved with horses my entire life and never knew the importance of proper dental techniques in horses.  It has definitely changed my outlook on things.  I am anxious to try to educate the public and help the horse industry better understand the horses' mouth. Kelly Slover 08/10/2007

"The class is very informative.  The instructors are great and really work with you to make sure you understand and feel comfortable going out into the field.  The school has been great and I hope to continue my education and learn how to help many more horses. Robin Belardo 08/10/2007

"Randy, I think you are a great instructor.  Your care for the students and horses is obvious and inspiring.  You have a great ability to see and develop talent in your students.  Autumn LaFollette 05/11/2007

"TIED presents the perfect opportunity for students to come into a relaxed environment and learn equine dentistry.  I would like to thank Randy, Josh, Justin & Daniel for all their help and advice.  These guys have alot of patience and understanding when it comes to teaching equine dentistry.  I would especially like to thank Josh & Justin for having the patience in helping in the wetlab.  These guys are great instructors and equine dentists. Doyle Gibson 05/11/2007

"I only ever dreamed of loving my job as much as I love equine dentistry!  We are so well equipped to help horses and educate their owners as we progress through the courses.  It's also refreshing to continue to strive to be better, learn more and want to keep coming back to school!  I've had great experiences here and made wonderful friends.  A door was opened for me to create a fantastic business and lifestyle.  The personal attention from the instructors here has been invaluable. (I also really enjoyed 74degrees & sunny in February).   Sasha Kone 02/09/2007

"The goals of this school are very simple.  On the first day of class, Randy always says "If you are here to learn how to help horses and educate people, have a seat and we'll get started......If you are here to learn how to make money, you can see the secretary for a refund and go somewhere else".  Enough said!.  Joshua Wallace 01/29/2007

"I want to start by saying that Randy Riedinger and the staff at T.I.E.D. are very friendly and will help you with anything you need.  The learning environment with the classrooms and the wetlab are an excellent way to learn the proper equine dentistry techniques.  I never knew how much there was to learn about this industry.  Randy strives to make all or as many of his students the best equine dentist they can be.  In my opinion...Randy is one of the most world renowned Master Equine Dentists out there.  When I was going through my first 2 weeks program, Randy was always advising me to what I could work on to get myself to progress and always to let me know when I was doing a good job.  I am happy to say that I will graduate and finish out my Advanced and Master levels of Equine Dentistry".  Duane Boone 11/10/2006
